The key courses were Programming Basics, JS Fundamentals, JS Advanced, JS Applications, JS Back-End, JS Front-End (Angular, React, HTML & CSS) and TypeScript. The courses were focused on essential programming concepts, web applications, server-side development and modern frameworks.
The comprehensive React course covered the fundamentals and advanced aspects of React development. The course began with an introduction to React and JSX, followed by a detailed exploration of components, including both basic concepts and deeper insights, practical experience with forms, routing, and React Hooks and providing a total of 27 hours of in-depth training.
The course of HTML and CSS provided a solid foundation in web development. It included an introduction to HTML and CSS, an in-depth study of the CSS Box Model and typography, and mastery of CSS layout techniques with Flexbox. Additionally, I learned how to design responsive websites and work effectively with forms, totaling 15 hours of focused instruction.
The Angular course included an introduction to Angular and TypeScript, followed by lessons on components, dependency injection, RxJS basics, and services, modules and routing, forms, pipes, interceptors, and subjects, state management, gaining a comprehensive understanding of these essential web development concepts.
The Node.js course offered a comprehensive foundation in server-side development. The course started with introduction to Node.js, an exploration of Node.js streams and utilities, and practical experience with ExpressJS and templating, NoSQL databases and MongoDB, along with session management, authentication, validation, and error handling. This 24-hour course provided a thorough understanding of backend technologies and their applications.
The JS Applications course focused on advanced topics in server and client-side technologies. It covered HTTP and REST services, asynchronous programming, and handling remote data and authentication. I also learned about building single-page applications, architecture and testing strategies, client-side rendering, routing, and modular applications. This 24-hour course provided a comprehensive understanding of modern web application development.
The JS Advanced course offered a thorough exploration of the language's core concepts. The course included syntax, functions, and statements, as well as arrays and nested arrays. I studied objects and composition, and received an introduction to the DOM, followed by lessons on DOM manipulations and events. Advanced functions, unit testing, error handling, classes, and prototypes with inheritance were also covered. This 24-hour course provided a deep understanding of JavaScript and its practical applications.
The JS Fundamentals course provided a comprehensive introduction to programming, covering basic syntax, conditional statements, loops, Git and GitHub, and HTTP basics. It included topics on arrays, HTML and CSS basics, functions, objects, and classes, bitwise operations, associative arrays, text processing, problem-solving, regular expressions, and database basics, and concluded with QA and a basic web project. This 30-hour course offered a strong foundation in programming and software development.
The Programming Basics course provided a solid introduction to coding concepts. It started with the first steps in coding and progressed through conditional statements and their advanced applications. I also learned about various loop constructs, including the for-loop, while-loop, and nested loops. This 15-hour course offered a fundamental understanding of control flow and iteration in programming.
